Summer just got an upgrade. From June 16 to August 11, 2026, all Hudsons’ locations are running a limited-time feature menu packed with new food and drinks worth showing up for.

Food Features
Honey Pistachio Whipped Ricotta — $19.50
Lightly salted ricotta swirled with fresh pistachio pesto, finished with a drizzle of honey and crushed pistachios. Served with toasted honey butter sourdough.
Garlic Parmesan Fries — $13.50
A double order of golden crispy fries seasoned with basil salt and topped with toasted panko crunch, shredded parmesan, sweet garlic aioli, fresh basil, and lemon zest.
Ancho Chipotle Taquitos (3) — $15.00
Shredded ancho pork, Canadian cheese curd, crispy taquito shell, lime crema, and ancho chipotle aioli.
Bourbon Peach Pork Belly Bites — $14.50
Melt-in-your-mouth pork belly bites glazed in a caramelized peach bourbon sauce. Served over jasmine rice.
Stacked Rib Panini — $21.50
Tender, marinated, slow-cooked, and glazed rib rack — double stacked and sauced on panini with paprika aioli and pickled red cabbage.
Patio Platter — $56.75
The full spread: bourbon peach pork belly, jasmine rice, ancho taquitos, honey pistachio whipped ricotta, honey butter sourdough, garlic parmesan fries, and garlic aioli. Built for sharing.
Butter Tart Tiramisu — $12.50 (18+)
Espresso and cognac-soaked ladyfingers layered with sweet mascarpone whip, finished with caramel drizzle and Grand Marnier-infused dates.

Torched Mango Non-Alc-Arita — $8.33
Non-alcoholic tequila, Dhos orange, jalapeño simple syrup, lime juice, mango purée, and a Tajín salt rim. All the flavour, none of the alcohol.
