Who Are We?
We are Canada’s Pub.
No matter who you are or how you say “about,” you’re always welcome at Hudsons. We care about creating a fun, distinctly Canadian social atmosphere where anyone can enjoy awesome food and drinks and discover great connections.
Did you know that the average Canadian drinks eight litres of beer a year? That’s a lot. So, as Canada’s Pub, we don’t just love beer–we love great beer. That’s why we made our own! You can find our Henry Hudsons house brews in any Hudsons Canada’s Pub locations.
We believe that a country that can drink together, is happy together. It’s about knowing what’s real and what matters. Friendship. Good times. Being happy at any hour.
Our Story
In 2003, an Edmonton Hospitality group got together to open a pub that would exude, celebrate, and reflect the Canadian spirit. So, Hudsons was born! From our original Edmonton location, Hudsons Canada’s Pub has expanded and now has six locations.
Our oldest location is our Whyte Ave pub, which opened on July 1, 2004.
Next, a second Edmonton location opened at West Edmonton Mall. Located on BRBN st, this location opened on July 4, 2008.
Two years later, Hudsons Canada’s Pub expanded and opened a location in Calgary, in November of 2010.
Our first location not in Alberta opened on February 17, 2012, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Our sixth location was Lethbridge, which opened in October 2013.

Our Mission
As a whole, our mission is to provide the highest level of hospitality through a valued team delivering great products, caring service, and creating a welcoming pub. We strive to make happy happen for our guests and create memories amongst good friends and soon-to-be good friends.
Our Family
One of our core values is to treat everyone like family. Once you join the Hudsons team or once you visit any Hudsons location, you become part of the Hudsons Family. From celebrating birthdays, holidays, and community milestones together, Hudsons Pub strives to create a welcoming pub atmosphere for anyone who comes through our doors.
