You are:

  • An experienced General Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry
  • Someone with exceptional standards when it comes to guest service
  • A coach, who enjoys developing your team to be great managers
  • A person who enjoys giving their staff feedback and recognition on a regular basis
  • Able to analyze financial reports
  • Someone who has knowledge of kitchen operations


Your Responsibilities:

  • Create a great guest experience with:
    • Welcoming Pub
    • Caring Service
    • Great Food & Drinks
    • Fun Promotions
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff on a daily basis
  • Meet or exceed budgeted weekly sales targets
  • Manage all costs within your control focusing on weekly achievement of inventory and food costs
  • Interview applicants and hire awesome people
  • Conduct New Employee Orientation
  • Employ effective scheduling technique to achieve labour targets
